my buddy and me broke into my neighbors house,he broke the window to the door and i went in and stole a wii and he stole a camera
we were mad drunk and not thinking of the consequences
how will this hold up in court
its my first charge along with receiving stolen property which got dropped,i also have 4 vandilsim charges pending, which will get dropped to 1 for spray painting street signs
i ended up confessing about it cause my buddy(different kid) had 4 cops in my yard talking to him and he said they might have a wii in the house so they got a warrant and found the shit and i ended up leaving when the cop told me he had a warrant
i turned myself in the next day and they set a 3000$ bail
small town, they have 10 cops showing up for one burglary
it was probably the biggest thing thats happen around my town for awhile lol
last time i heard about something fucked up going around was this kid getting his head bashed in down the street but that was like a year ago
everyones peace ful with the weed
so we all keep it real
unless we drunk
SMOKE THAT DANK
So how the hell did you get caught? What do they have on you? Proceeds? Witnesses?

Read the top header:
Fair warning: If you're stupid enough to post a confession it could be held against you in a court of law.
Anyways, yes eventhough previous charges were dropped, they are still in the system and the judge will take those into consideration when he makes his ruling. Which would mean a heavier sentence for you. They don't let you of the hook so you can repeat the same mistake. If you don't change your life after that they will punish you more severely.
Were you tested for intoxication? Which state is this because sometimes doing something whilst intoxicated will end you up with a heavier sentence. Also you used force to gain entry which will make the sentence heavier too.
Talk your friend into getting the blame of being the one who thought this up and you just followed him. Also if he would take responsibilty for both stolen items it would help you too.

You could have just smashed the wii into bits and flush it. But hell yea, this looks very grimm for you.
You can always change your statement even if its written down but it won't do you much good. Like I said, your only chance is to convince one of your friends to take the full blame for taking the wii and the other stuff and for breaking down the window.
Sucks to be you on a couple of levels
First the judge is gonna rape you
second everyone in town is gonna know what you did and prepare for shamefull times cause everyone is gonna stare at you
lulz

Alright ,Well i haven't heard back from the courts yet my last date in court was July 28th for the burglary
they dropped the receiving stolen property
I'm hoping maybe a statue of limitations will take effect
what is it 3 months and they can't charge you?
I ended up with a warrant for my arrest on 4 charges of vandalism;ill only get charged with 1;thats going to court for trial on the 9th of October;I received a grand P.R bail
It didn't effect my current bail conditions because this happened in June.
But i'm wondering how you think a judge will find me on this case
Since I've been bailed out , I've got a job,and i just passed my practice GED so i'm going for the real thing next week
I think both these factors will look good in front of a judge
Also,in a few weeks ill have my license and a car
I'm 17, and my mom couldn't bail me out
My buddy's mom ended up pushing the bail
I'm not allowed back to my house
And i have no criminal record other then all this pending
the court system knows me from being a kid getting into trouble
