So the traffic wasn't moving because there was an accident at my school, so i back up and go around to the other side. It started to rain and the ground was wet, making my tires squeal for all of half a second when i backed up. i went around the other side and my friend let me get through in front of him in the parking lot line. I got up to the fellow directing traffic and trying to get the other people to move and he says i can't drive to school for a month because i spun my tires and cut through traffic. So i reviewed the rules and it does not even mention any type of driving conduct, so really I could go back since there is no listing of what is and isn't appropriate driving conduct and I did not know about it, couldn't I?

well the guy that told me all of that took my name, not my first name since he didn't ask for it, but i'm still the only one at school that drives a purple camaro, out of about 300 other cars. plus my auto tech teacher noticed me so theyll know its me.

but on the technicalities i could bring up, i could go back anyway right?

ah, nevermind i found a easier loophole. the guys exact words were "You can not drive to school for 30 days." Well that's no problem considering that i take my neighbor who also has a license, i don't drive to school, i let my neighbor drive my car :)

This guy is what... some kind of traffic mediator that works for the school, not a cop, right?

Find out who he works for and lodge a complaint.

Just make sure that this "cutting through traffic" you mention isn't something that actually breaks a traffic law or something, or you're just gonna get told to GTFO.

Just drive anyways... If he doesn't let you in the parking lot, park across the street if possible and a block away if you have to. Remember that his authority only goes as far as school property.
