So the husbands away doing Robin Sage. All I know is that it's supposed to be some kind of role-playing thing I guess for SF training.

Anyone here ever been through this? What's it like?

It's an excersise at the end of SFQC where recruits put their new skills into practice. They get dropped into the woods and have to meet up with, befriend and train a group of "insurgents" as though it were the real deal. The insurgents will be tricky to work with; excessively proud and resentful of the suggestion that they need training, more interested in having the SF students do dirty work FOR them than with them etc.

If memory serves, your husband's uniform at your wedding suggests he's one of the guys making life fun for the newbies. He'll probably be having a good time.

Yeah, he told me he's supposed to be an insurgent. So he gets to be a big asshole to them? I bet he's loving that. He's so good at it :P

I want to hear first-hand stories too. I want to know what it's like.

The only ones on totse who I know might have experience with that are jodevilgod and Stryker, and I don't know how much they post these days.
