so whats with me?

i get a headache during exams.
i know its not dehydration, because i had a bottle of water with me (and i normally drink about 2-3l a day).

is it because i havn't used my brain that hard for a sustained period of time? (two hours).

Are you reading, studying, for a long period of time? This can cause headaches, even if you're used to it.

It could, easily, just be stress induced.

yes, all three of those factors.
haha.

i had a headache towards the end of my 2 hour english exam today.
i had to read three texts, and write 11 pages.

haha, alright.

If you can manage it, give your eyes a break. Take a few minutes and look into the distance, perhaps even closing them for a brief rest.

It should help.

I needed glasses. What I did before that was to use acupressure to relieve it.

If you spread your index finger away from your thumb and lay your hand flat on the desk, using the eraser from your pencil, use excessive force to apply pressure to a nerve junction about an inch lower than the lowest thumb joint, located in the base of the snuff area where the index and thumb come together. If you can locate that spot, it will be tender. Apply pressure for about two minutes and its like an instant draining that you can suddenly feel. When I do it to others, they usually grin from ear to ear when it works. It wont work on sinus headaches.

then see an eye doc to check your vision.

Yoga. Just some simple stretching and deep breathing should be fine for most cases.
