Say i want to sign up to a forum, how can i do this, so i wont be giving out my real IP. I know i could use proxies, but how am i to know that they are not logging? What other methods could a one use that would keep a one safe when they sign up and future logins?

It takes a bout a month to get a warrant for a proxy IN THE UNITED STATES!
Get half of them out of the country.
