Okay, I'm sure this has been discussed on here before, but my situation isn't a teenage angst rant.

I currently live with my parents who are divorced (just go back and forth as I please), but am seeing a girl who I HAVE lived with before, but she loses the place due to warrants and I get sent back to Minnesota.

She can't move out of the state of Wisconsin for 3 years, but her and I would like to live together within the next year (before I'm 18 in other words)

The conditions would be that:

She has active employment
I contribute in some LEGAL way
No illegal activity (drugs, alcohol, guns, stolen property, etc) will happen
I keep in contact with my parents and probation officer regularly
I visit my home town regularly

I have already talked to my PO about it, and she has no problem as long as I send money back every now and then for my remaining restitution and keep her updated on my employment situation, and have permission from my parents of course.

I already have a job hooked up at an auto detailing place in Kaukauna, WI, so I would be working and able to pay restitution, and I currently have me GED so enrolling in school would be absolutely no issue.

I just need to know if it would be worth it to do this, or if I should just wait until I turn 18.

Any advice on what I should do is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: I'm getting off probation Wensday so I no longer need to worry about that.
