First, get a million dollars.

Then, set up large apartment communities for the "underprivileged," and watch as the stupid & lazy masses flood in.

Before they can destroy the place, have them report for "free checkups" at the in-house clinic. Once they are in the examination rooms, gas them or inject them with Phenobarbital. Dump the bodies into a large furnace and put up signs for a "free barbecue" (this will also explain the smell of roasting flesh).

Those who show up for the barbecue can be given their choice of grape Kool-Aid (laced with cyanide), red Kool-Aid (also laced with cyanide) or orange Kool-Aid (laced with cyanide).

Those who remain can be dispatched by the community's "security forces." Once the mess is cleaned up, advertise that there are still "plenty of vacancies" in the "secure, gated community."
