I'm on juvenile probation, and I have a UA on wednesday. I haven't smoked weed since Sept 6 and I'm pretty skinny so I think I have a good chance to pass. But since I'm not 100% sure, I would just like to know beforehand the possible consequences of failing a probation UA for weed.

I have passed every test so far. All they do now is dipstick tests so I'm thinking I may just drink some water. My PO thinks I'm doing good and shit. But I was just wondering what the possible consequences would be for a first time failing a UA?? Would you think I would get jail time? Or maybe just tack on some more community service? I would hope my PO would give me a mulligan and just kinda let me come in a week later and test clean.

So does anyone have experience with this? And what were the consequences?

Is this your first dirty? What level probation are you? Formal or 602?(Ward of the court)?

If your 602,then your going to juvenile hall but it doesn't sound like you are. Not with dipstick tests anyways.

You can either try to pass it and say nothing which is certainly possible if you haven't smoked since the 6th. Unless you were smoking tons, in which case your a dumbass because your on probation but I digress.

If your really unsure about the outcome then you can just come clean, tell your probation officer you fucked up and it won't happen again. Being honest with them will make them much more lenient on you.

The consequences are based on your past record. If this is your first dirty ever then you will probably just get a warning. Warning's only pertain to marijuana by the way, don't think your going to get any caveats if you turn in one dirty with speed, MDMA, cocaine, etc etc.

Well I will know for a fact if I'm clean before I go since I have my own at home drug test. I plan on taking that tomorrow 24 hours before my drug test, and use un-diluted piss. I did smoke kinda heavily for 2 weeks so that is why I'm freaking out now. If its dirty then I'm just gonna drink hella water, coffee, and cranberry juice, and gorge myself with vitamin B complex to make my piss yellow. I will not admit to it at all I'm just gonna take my chances but with the dilution preparation I hope I'll be ok.

You'll be fine. Luckily you already know a little bit about cheating UA's, so you've saved me time in explaining it. If your still dirty then just come clean about it, but I wouldn't worry about it too much if they are only using the dipstick test. They send all the probation tests here to a special laboratory which is very efficient in fucking people over.


Oh and stop fucking up. It's no fun growing up as a 602. They can take you away from your family at any time. Handle your business.

They don't send my tests to a lab, they have me dump the piss after they test it.
I did pass a UA after 11 days but I had only smoked like 6 bowls on one day and then it was really yellow piss and I somehow passed. I have hope, I'll see if I'm clean tomorrow.

Ok here is an update:

I had my own drug test kit so just now I tested my own piss. I didn't dilute and I peed directly into the cup. The THC line just barely showed up. It is a very very faint line. Compared to the other things it tests for like cocaine, amphetamines, and meth, which all had very bold lines to show a negative, the THC line was very faint. But I've had that faint of a line before at the probation office and thats considered a pass. So I should be good, but being my paranoid self I'm still going to drink some water.
