I've never actually looked in this forum before and this counds like something thats probably way overdone but I can't find anything specific enough to be useful so.... If someone had a large amount of amphetamine and a minimal amount of knowledge of chemistry is there any relatively simple way to convert it to meth? I genuinely have no intention of doing this (although a link to or a write up of the proper method to do this as if I was going to would be greatly appreciated) but I've been curious about this for years and google has been useless.

It is simple, however obtaining the things you need is not.

Zinc and formaldehyde, IIRC. Though I wouldn't know how to set up that reaction. I could, OTOH, tell you how to acquire said regents.

Formaldehyde: JP's patented aldehyde "space factory." Bleach + MeOH (HEET brand ice remover stuff) at high~ish temps, dessicate, bubble though H2O for H2CO Soln.

Never tried it, but it seems like something one should know how to do... reductive amination being all that it is, otherwise all the P2P in the world won't do any good.

uh if you live in seattle I got the man you need, but otherwise I don't have any advice, ask around my sister and a couple friends had been to him and told me hell give you whatever you want really if you just suggest it. I'm aiming for benzos of some sort next, to help ease the side effects and assist in sleeping at the end of the day, I thing 5mg alprazolam 2x a day should be a good starting dose lol. god I hope he never loses his license to practice

Would you mind referring me to your doctor? Not hard my ass. Where the hell are you gonna find a doctor like that? You just got lucky things aren't that simple for your average man. Since I'm finding my studies so easy I'm pondering the thought of getting into the medical industry and becoming one of those family GP's. Only thing holding me back is the length of time it would take to get all the degrees. Then again its gonna take me about 5 years to get all these chemistry/pharmacology degrees I'm going for anyway.

I'd say there are loads of them out there the problem is if they misjudge one of their patients and prescribe without valid reason medications with recreational value to some retard with a big mouth the doctor will lose his license and maybe even go to jail. Its not worth the risk.

Also, check the phone book for places with "Urgent" and/or "Pain" in the name of the practice. They usually charge high prices per visit, seeing as how narcotic prescriptions can't be written with refills, you have to go back every month.
