Ive tried searching google but to no avail. So my questions are:
1. Does anyone know how to spoof your ip?
2. Are there any programs that help you do this?

As a side note, if you want to spoof your IP to trick a website into thinking you are from another country. IE, I can't access certain American websites (Hulu.com etc) without spoofing my IP to an American one. Then you will want to use another tool than 'tor', as Tor may not always route you through the country you wish.
For this you have two options.
1. Browse through a proxy from the relevant country, using this site. http://proxy.org/proxies_sorted.shtml
2. Use something like this:
http://www.anchorfree.com/downloads/hotspot-shield/
Thats what I use for an American IP.

Allot of online proxies will be slow as hell, and may not allow flash/JS content, so you might want to opt for option two.
