He asked for a mindfuck of a show. Law of Ueki is anything but that. You FAIL! ... Not really, Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggen is quite interesting/.

I watched 'Gambling Apocalypse Kaigi', or it might just be called Kaigi after Code Geass ended, and it was a great watch. It's a bit slow at times, but it in the process it builds up lots and lots of tension and you just crave for the next show to see what happens. Good plot twists too, I think this will be your best bet.
Failing that, I always have to recommend Elfen Lied to anyone. Not exactly many plot twists and such, but it's certainly a bit of a mind fuck, and only being 13 episodes long, it's not exactly like you need to devote a lot of time to it.

It's "Kaiji". J, not G.
Elfen Lied manga (http://www.onemanga.com/Elfen_Lied/) had a much better conclusion.

While it is a great one, it still doesn't fit the description.
Its not exactly right, but you could try "Gunslinger Girl"
Not 'mindfuck' but serious, and very well written.
