I just got put on probation with a curfew of 9pm during the week and 9:30 pm on the weekends.
Logic tells me that i can leave my house again at after 12am Midnight (its offcially a new day then) but everyone knows that the courts dont operate on logic. Ive googled this a little bit but didn't really find anything of use.

I thought the same thing until i tried it. Its usually in affect until 6am the next morning.

Call your PI and ask. They're usually interested in helping you fulfill your probation, so they would know how that operates.

It's much simpler to ask first than it is to try and get them to feel sympathy for a case of "But it's a new day and I didn't know I was doing anything wrong!"

lawl, how is that logic? The point is to keep you off the street at night. You're more likely to do some dumb shit after midnight than between 9 pm and midnight.
