well today i got a call from a friend who told me that two people from my school are planning to jump my fence this weekend and steal something of mine.

My friend is a good friend with one of the wannabe thieves so i believe it is a pretty reliable source. Anyway, i plan to either have 2 of my mates over and beat the shit out of them when they come or if im alone i am considering stabbing one or both of them.

I live in nsw, australia...will the courts see my side of the story or convict me...all of the people involved are underage (around 15) and the item they are planning to steal is a plant which is illegal...

what do you guys think?

They sound like a bunch of fags. Just have some buddies sleep over at your place on the supposed night this is to happen. Keep watch and if they show up fight them to get off your property. Don't stab them or anything... that's retarded hand to hand, however, should be fine.

Just fight them. If you're all 15 I doubt you're even gonna hurt each other.

If they don't actually attack you, you can't do anything.

get that shit off your parents property, because it is them who will get fucked over in court if the cops find out about it.

and Australia has no castle laws like the US, you cannot just kill anyone stealing your shit, the system see's it as no life is worth losing over any type of property, you should have insurance to cover it.

The law is a VERY grey area, that's why we have judges and jury's.
Unless the offenders are armed to the teeth and the is an immediate threat on your life you just bend over and take it in the arse and hope the police arn't to busy getting blowjobs from whores they busted or revenue raising money for the state by speeding fines ect.


The best plan would be to remove all illegal items from the property, have a camera near by [ with a good alibi as to why it was in your pocket with the flash charged] and snap some photos of them snooping around and make a formal compliant in writing to the police with a high priced solicitor on stand by.


and just get that shit off your parents property, it's not your place, surely you can find somewhere else to grow. apparently they came but met with 2 of my mates who were heading to my house. My friends told them to fuck off so they did.

Now the same 2 mates are gonna be staying at my house while another friend is inviting the main wannabe thief to his. the thief will go with the friend where we will meet him and there we are going to bash the shit out of him...hopefully this has no repercussions, thanks for all the replys

plan to meet them in a secluded place then stab and beat them with lead pipes, if there's no witnesses and it's your word against theirs your sure to get away with it.

If a burglar comes in at night, without you knowing and takes your stuff you may opose him. However you had prior knowledge about the attempted burglarly so you MUST report this to the cops. That is a law. Attacking them after you knew they were coming and you had enough time to warn the cops means your comitting a wrongful act.
