Windows drivers are crippled and can't do packet injection, so you're not likely to get enough IV's to crack.

Use a Gnu/Linux distro and aircrack-ng.

i installed aircrack ng on ubuntu and i cant find the damn program in my applications....

if you dont know how to run aircrack you probably wont be able to crack a WEP key without some serious studying.
go to a terminal and type:

aireplay-ng

and see what happens.

Youtube has a number of videos about cracking WEP. I'm sure one will show you upclose example of what to do or a tutorial on google ;)
