Alright so,

I'm in university, sharing a flat with 3 other people. All of us have laptops which we connect to a wireless router with. With 3mb internet when someone starts downloading it ruins the net for the other 2.

Now, the routers a netgear one so if i reset it the passwords reset to default allowing me to get in. Is there any way i can then set it to split the bandwidth 4 ways so we each get an equal share of the internet?
