Basically about 15 of us want to rent a cabin or something and have a crazy weekend of sex and drugs.

Because of this there can't be a groundskeeper or park ranger or other houses near by or anything like that. We want to be able to be loud.

Any tips on finding a place like this?

Ask around and see if anybody's family owns a cabin.

Yeah me and my friends have been doing this alot - it started with some camping trips when we were 15, now were 21 and last year used google earth to find a hidden beach and threw a private beach rave for NYE.

Fucking epic, we had a generator, sound system setup, tents, ice, booze, babes, beach, bonfire and more... we literally had to trek for about an hour through Australian bush but it was worth it.

This year were doing 'party farm' - a friend has a farmhouse thats vacant over the summer, we've started brewing our own beer, arranging for some sheep on the spit, fresh country food, swimming pool, boxing ring and did i mention its a 10 bedroom farm mansion?

I highly reccomend doing this shit man, because of the trek that it takes everyone is %100 behind the party cause - back when we started doing this stuff we had park rangers and people get on our case and fuck up fun... which is why we've either gone bush or at least somewhere away from neighbours.

Renting by owner is probably a good call - personally i wouldnt put my name down as the leaser because shit will always get broken, even if your careful. Just be prepared to lose a chunk of the safety deposit.
