Agreed. It was definitely better than last week's, and for all the doubters, the beginning episodes of euro topgear were just as crap.

First episode had 950,000 viewers in sydney, they were hoping to break 1m on the second episode but they got about 650,000.

I dont think it'll make a whole series, unless they do it good.

I want Top Gear UK back.

After torrenting all the episodes and watching them back to back right now, I have made two observations:

The first episode was god awful.

The improvement curve has shown itself to be steep enough that the show should be really good by the end of the beginning of the second season. If it survives the break and there is one, that is.

That's rapid (especially when a standard season of Top Gear is a mere 6 - 10 episodes)when put into comparison with the real Top Gear.
