I was wondering what you guy think of the new mustang 2005-2008. In your guys opinion some of the pros and cons.

Why are they shit. The reason I ask is some one just traded in a gt500 for a m3 at the bmw dealer I work at.

What about the fifteen front lips and splitters? The top two are needed because 6 square feet of frontal grill area isnt enough, amirite? Then the splitter is needed because this is a race car and it needs all the downforce possible. There's no messing around on this car, no useless bullshit. Oh wait.

I don't like the looks all that much, I much prefer the 94-98 SN95 platform.

They aren't as heavy as a lot of the other sports cars out there today, which is pretty awesome.

Also think they are a little expensive for what they are, then again they are new, I just don't like spending money.

Overall if I had the money I'd probably buy one just because I'm a Mustang fanboy.

Yeah, I like Mustangs pretty well. They're more-or-less affordable speed, and plenty of fun to drive. Plus, upgrades are readily available.
