These look like the same threads that were posted 3 years ago! C'mon now, I thought this place would one day advance and have meaningful thought provoking information.... too bad.
Ahh, read some of the prrt. Maybe some advancement?

I wouldn't think the field of explosives would change that much. I mean, nitrating stuff, its pretty much all there is to it.

Good to see you again man!
Yeah I think there would be more interesting discussion if the supplier situation was different... as it stands theres not that many new people getting into amateur pyrotechnics anymore... but the whole changing methodology of teaching chemistry classes is somewhat to blame for few people experimenting anymore.
I'd do more, but I get so distracted with other things... Its very hard to concentrate on one single project... and with college... and thinking about moving... and planning shit out... and seeing that its likely to be a good 3+ years before I can do chem somewhat freely again... meh... its discouraging... not to mention that I might have a wife and baby on the way by then... lifes kinda funny like that...
Edit:
Wow, its like my 4th year here... time goes fast...

Nice to see you as well asilentbob. I have noticed supplies going downhill recently. Such a shame...
