what if we get this kid, some smart kid that could pull off "get a new president?" on McCain, Palin, Obama, and Biden(We will need 4 kids). What wold happen then? WOuld the President be Ralph Nader? If so I'd better go start searching for kids!

The nominee from each party would be the person who had the most delegates and hadn't terminated their campaign. I believe that would be Romney for the Republicans and Hillary for the Democrats; in which case Romney would win, barring a miracle from Nader.

That would be if there was an electoral college tie (very unlikely) and a tie in the Senate and House (damn near impossible).

I know this is almost impossible but what we need to do is disband all of the top officials who are associated with corporations in a civilized manner. Do what King Louie the 14th did with his aristocratic class. Keep them close by for careful monitoring but give them a bunch of money and luxury so they don't stir up any trouble. Essentially do what they do to us. Keep them occupied with senseless entertainment and money. In this way we would not only avoid an insurgency but we could eliminate this fused body of government consisting of corporations and politics. And everyone wins. The people can have sound economic and political policies and the former government officials can have their money and if they want power devise useless institutions they can run and give them false goals to obtain.
