Who is you're ISP, and what do you mean by "monitoring"? Are you on a blacklist, or does your ISP throttle everyone?

I used to be with 'Pipex', fucking traffic rapists. To get around them I encrypted my traffic.([Bitcomet] Options > Preferences > Connection > Protocol encryption - Always)

...Then they started throttling all "non HTTP traffic", bastards.

You can put the tracker-client communication through Tor. That might help a bit, especially if you force encryption.
