Let's say for argument's sake that I had some enemies or some bill collectors or even some government foes(I don't).

Give me a understandable explaination of what this is, how it is done and how I can detect/prove it's source.

Before you said something about voices it sounded like accounts I have heard from people who live/lived by powerful radio or cellphone towers.

You could construct a mental shield using visualization and the power of will which will translate into some type of energy device which will sit in a the higher dimensional space around your three-dimensional idea of your room, which will work, depending on your energy input.

Most of the time medication, whether anti-psychotics or anti-depressants will only provide a blanket effect instead of specifically addressing the perceptions and experiences which are related to schizophrenia or other mental illnesses which can be considered related to the OP's situation.

Instead of shutting down your ability to feel this anxiety and give you a new clear perception, they tend to numb your entire perception of life and ultimately decrease it's value.

I'm sorry, but this is the reason I don't spend much time around SotD. I really can't tell if the op is a troll or not and normally I would walk away but as someone said before, the cell phone tower is plausible if perhaps you have some metal in your skull or brain and have recently been exposed to abnormal levels of electricity. but frankly this all looks like a bucket of shit to me
