i was looking for a car at a dealership firrst there was a red mustang and when i asked for the price he said he didnt know and he was going to check, he came back with the keys and TOLD me to turn it on, it didnt work the battery was dead. then the fat dealer handed me the keys to an 04 mustang about $13,000 when all that i asked for was the price, it was a how could i resist. so i got in and then put my foot on what i thought was the brake and turned on the car as soon as i let go of the brake(clutch) the car went straight but i stoped it by hitting both the break and the clutch as soon as i let go it went forward and hit the car in front. as soon as i got out i looked and noticed that the front bumper was messed up almost falling and then like a minute later the fat guy went inside of the car and put the hand break on it and removed it from first gear and he took out the keys even tho the brake wasnt on it in the first place. later the "maneger" was telling me that he was going to make a citizens arest because i didnt want to give him my license...

i dont have a license im taking the test tommorow i need legal help or somethin

dickhead, when you let go of the clutch and the car is running and in gear it will lurch forward. It's your own fucking fault.

If you got out of the situation without giving them any details don't worry about it.

Dealerships have insurance to cover that sort of stuff anyway.

If he did threaten citizens arrest, and not calling the cops he knows you don't have to pay for any damages.
most places make you sign a bunch of paper work before you take it for a test drive, If you didn't do that you have nothing to worry about.

there problem not yours

a cop came and made us exchange info, and then he told me to go home.

the next day i called him he knew that it was his fault but this time he said he wasnt trying to got to court, and he just wanted to get his car fixed im thinking either i dont pay anything and go to court because he put "my life" and everyone around in danger because he never checked the license and all i asked was the price

or

i pay half and he pays half

it's not his fault you dickhead.

how does self accountability sound, you are the stupid fuck that can't start a manual car, so take the blame for your own stupidity.
