I thought you meant the intro scene, not the shooting thing :(

Daniel Craig has ruined the franchise.

But then again the films havn't been very good since they stopped making them from the book series, I mean what the fuck is 'quantum of solace' :( pure dribble.

They should have left Pierce Brosnan where he was.

He looked the part.

He acted the part.

He was the part.

I've never actually watched a james bond movie from beginning to end.

The last movie I attempted to watch was goldeneye. Though the 2002 gun barrel scene made me jump a bit as I had it on fullscreen. Mainly cause they were all basically the same. Liked casino royale too.

your a fucking idiot. 'Casino Royale' was the very first bond novel, and 'Quantum of Solace' was a collection of short stories featuring James Bond. I know this, and I don't even like James Bond... however 'Casino Royale' was a rather good film, but we can thank the Jason Bourne films for setting the bar on spy films (the Bourne movies sucked, though... more like Bouring, amirite?)

Yes, but did you know Casino Royale was a piss take? Then they remade it to be serious

A lot of the Bond films from the last two decades are only loosely based on the books / short stories

The Bourne films are good, but he's never going to live up to the legend of Bond is he?

I liked them, they just needed a cameraman who wasn't ADD to shoot the car chases.

Hasn't the mini cooper car chase from the first one been rated one of the best car chases like.. ever? :p

I totally agree with you though.

daniel craig was an awesome bond. the newer pierce brosnan movies were awful. his good ones were tomorrow never dies and goldeneye. bond movies werent originally all action packed kill movies. they had story lines to them and were good planned out movies.

i also thoroughly enjoyed the bourne movies

On a side note, whilst at the used game and film store this afternoon I noticed someone had sold their entire James Bond collection. Unfortunately I didn't have $8 x however many Bond films there are.

Daniel Craig has ruined the franchise.

This.

He looks like a retarded monkey, not a suave secret agent.

Casino Royale would've been a great movie, if they hired the right actor for the role.

I bet Ian Fleming is spinning in his grave.

They couldn't have been to boring if they set the bar on spy films.

Seriously though, do you have fucking ADD? Parts 1 and 3 had a car chase, fight scene, or explosion every 15 minutes.

that sounds like something someone with ADD would enjoy... so in short, no, I don't enjoy that. Just like the new Superman movie and how the opening sequence crammed so much into it to cater to the ADD generation. What's the point of showing things if you can't tell and piece together whats going on?

I still say Timothy Dalton was the best bond.

Yeah don't ask be for proof or whatever, that's just my opinion.

But it's true. :p

Too bad the scripts written for him were mostly shit.

For me, it's Connery > Dalton > Brosnan > Moore > Lazenby > Craig

It seems like only Brits hate Craig. Most Americans seem to like him because nobody here knew who he was before Casino Royale. To Americans he's just "that new guy who plays James Bond".

NOOOO WAY. Daniel Craig is the killer of 007. James Bond was meant to be sophisticated and smart. But Daniel is borderline retarded.

For me: Connery > Moore > Dalton > Brosnan > Craig > Lazenby.

No matter how bad Daniel Craig is, he isn't half as bad as George Lazenby.

At least with Lazenby, you can kinda see why they picked him.

With Craig, I have no idea. He looks like the albino killer guy from From Russia With Love.

I think of it as the other person's gun's or bullet's perspective. It's not eyes.

I don't know about that video game thing there.

Everyone here who thinks Brosnan is the perfect Bond probably thinks so because they grew up with him...As do I though, he was damn charming. Although I do like the new movie and am excited about the new one.

The only problem about Brosnan was his later few movies. Goldeneye was an awesome movie. Its only problem was the lack of bond girls.

It's depressing though, that, in 10-15 years, some kids will be thinking that Craig is the best Bond ever.

he wasnt awful, but i thought he was too much of a pretty boy. he could kill people but it just didnt look right, especially in his later movies. daniel craig however looks good(not gay, just making a point) and could kick some major ass. he reminded me of alot of connery.

I like Daniel Craig as Bond. He's one of my favourites, dark, brooding and more gritty. He actually looks like he might have gone through SAS training and everything. Brosnan looked too soft.

Connery was the best old bond. Timothy Dalton sucked, Roger Moore was more a comedic Bond.

The 007 movies were the first to do that introduction thing I think. You'd get a little action scene then the introduction credits then the movie. I allways liked that. Now nearly every movie does it.
