we have robots and such doing just about everything?

i was thinking about the economy. robots work 24/7 and can build more of them selves if programmed to. humans wont need to mine for or make the raw materials for the robots either.

obviously.

so wtf will people do?

there would be things that a computer would never be able to do i think, like lawyers, entertainers, designers, and other stuff.

If all forms of human servitude are eliminated via robots, humans are freed to progress science, technology, art, etc. instead of being chiefly concerned about money.

Oh, and I'm sure that's what the human race as a whole will be moving to do. You know, as opposed to just being carnal.

I dont think that will ever really happen unless there is a major paradigm shift in people, or the human population is systematically reduced and the robots are left working for a small group of elite and their servants.

that's just stupid. There will be a point in time when AI will surpass human intelligence, so THEY will be the ones inventing shit. Making art, and doing everything for us
