well, there's a webisite. i forget what it's called, but you can design your own tshirt and people can rate them, buy them whatnot. i'll look for the link and edit it into my post. (unless someone finds it before me)

also, there's special printer paper i used to have where you simply print out the design from your pc and you can actually iron the design from the paper onto a tshirt. it doesn't have to be just tshirts either. i've done it with hoodies, wife beaters, etc. you can do that if you don't want your friend to do it or whatever.

as for the tshirts, i noticed on alot of my tshirts, which i'll buy from a store at the mall, will have the band/whatever on it, but will have a brand like hanes on the tag. you can just go to walmart and pick up a package of hanes tees. you can get them in all different kinds of colors and materials and most of them are pretty comfortable. :]

i do not know. the only thing i can think of is taking them to a tailor. that could probably get pricey though. you could just buy all new tshirts with the same cut. they are inexpensive and it could save you a ton of hassle. i think at walmart a 5-pack of tshirts are 5-6 dollars. and hoodies are about 8.

WalMart/ASDA?

I know you can get a pack of 3 white cotton shirts from ASDA for about £5.

if you're mall has a footlocker or a champs, they have plain t's 5 for 20$. pretty good quality too. what's your deal with tailor made t-shirts? Are you really fat or really skinny?

Where are you from? Shops in the UK such as Topman have a lot of different styles/fits of plain t-shirt you could put your designs onto. There around £5 each I think. On a side note this is the website a previous poster mentioned; http://www.cafepress.com/ There are a lot of these websites but I think this one is the most popular/reliable. What are you going to print on them by the way?

I was of the belief that American Apparel does wholesale distribution of T-shirts in practically all the colours of the rainbow.
