I use that standard shit from the groccery store in the red package.
I just pop one of the links onto the pan and let it start to darken up then i crack like 3 eggs and scramble that shit and eat it with a warm tortilla and maybe some hatch new mexico green chili.
I want to know any other ways to use chorizo.

Yeah, I'm serious. You mix it with tomato sauce and butter, fry the whole thing and pour it over the spagguetti. It's pretty good if the chorizo itself has quality.
