Unfortunately I have to agree with those whom have stated here that they believe such will be used by the anti-gun lobby to further restrictive firearms legislation. The real kicker of course is that as a convicted felon, the shooting suspect should not have owned ANY firearm in the first place, further proof that restrictive gun laws do NOT work.

This guy had something else going on. No one just unloads 30 rounds when someone knocks on the door. my guess is this guy was pushing drugs or something out of his house and thought he was getting busted or that his shit was gonna get jacked by a rival dealer, which would explain the $7500 that he couldn't explain a reason for.

Im pretty sure he was talking about the fact that someone else was on trial for shooting someone through a door or wall, not the fact that the rifle was able to shoot and kill through a wall.

Anti Gun legislation? The picture of that kid is the opposite of small, blond, white girl. He doesn't fit the description for being all over the mainstream news media or public outrage. That is the most blatantly logically-fallacious, sweepingly-generalized crap I've heard today. I'm not saying Obama would disarm people, but just looking at his party platform, voting record, and VP candidate, any moron would realize he's not exactly what most individuals would consider a supporter a Second Amendment.

It's apparent to me you haven't probably looked at the Heller brief (Obama's not signing the Amicus brief), his statements about the Chicago gun ban, and all the issues his aids conveniently discussed for him about being restrictive in terms of firearms possession (which he conveniently writes off as incorrect later because he managed never to say them himself).

Yea look back in history most people in power have a "do as I SAY not as i DO" type of attitude towards they way they run shit. well the bookies over here are giving 12-1 odds that obama will be assassinated before he finishes his first term in office. now im not a gambler but i would say thats some pretty good odds considering that there hasn't been a successful assassination of an American president for nearly 45 years
