At least I think it was Futurama. If it's not, and anyone recognizes it, I'd be grateful.

So there's this episode I saw one time (I can't find it in Wikipedia's episode list), basically something happens and Fry and Leela (I think) end up 'even further in the future' and they find that the world is ruled by Mad Max-ish children. Stuff happens, and it turns out they weren't in the future and the kids were playing outside of some town. Seems like there was something about Los Angeles too.

Anyone know what it's called? I didn't just make this shit up, did I?

That would be episode 3, season 3. "The cryonic woman."

The "Lost" episode was the one made from all the cut scenes from the futurama video game. Not too bad if you can get past the fact they are all cut scenes.
