A = 124
T = 777

132 142 234 secret code
012 124 777 code for cat
144 266 1011 <=== The code you see.

To get cat again take away secret code and you get the number.

All the letters in the alphabet have 3 digits whether its 923 or 001.

Ok so lets say you want to encrypt "cat"

To get cat again take away secret code and you get the number.

Why do they equal those values? Or is it part of the challenge to figure that out?

I understand that we have [encoded 20 digit string] - [key] = numerically encoded answer. Convert numbers into ascii, and have the solution. Just don't get why the characters equall those values. Have you changed the key for every post as well?

For CAT its just random. You use random numbers for the characters making it impossible to crack. Unless you do multiple messages with the same key.

So all the posts use the same key except for cat. You only need to crack two letters the rest are logic.
