I've always been interested in steganography, and this seems like a pretty good place to get started. The problem though, is just that. Getting started. Can't seem to get moving...

I've done a bit of reading, and I believe I understand the principles of a few methods of hiding text in bmp's. However I'm not sure how to go any further.

I need to see the RGB values of each pixel in an image. Specifically the last digits. Is there a method/program for me to do this?

Anyone want to join in with the challenges?

Currently reading a report released by the US air force. 180 pages though, so wont finish reading it for a while.
