View Full Version : I don't know how to describe this?

It's happened two times in the last 3 months; I suppose it is sort of* like how you would describe astral projecting... I wake up and see my body, however, I am asleep and slowly feel myself waking up, and I'm only waking up because I feel some presence covering around my body, to what you can describe or label as "evil" or "dark" or "negative," that's what it feels like.

BUT, when I slowly feel myself waking up to this, my body is still asleep, I am becoming disconnected with it. I see myself and feel this presence which is why I think I "wake myself up." I feel this presence just squeezing my *real* body that I'm looking down at and hurting it almost just applying extreme pressure. I panic because this force is doing this and I force my body ("real") awake to get rid of that presence. Then when I force myself awake and wake up for real, I in my sleep force my body to sit up and I'm breathing incredibly heavy, sweating too, and when I wake up, I feel safe.

What the heck is this about?
And sorry my explanation sucks hardcore, I have no way to describe it or exact words to fit into place of what I mean. I apologize for the crappy writing.

sleep paralysis.

nothin to worry about, just remember there´s nothing evil it´s jusit your consciousness waking up and your subcon. being stubborn and leaving you in the dark until you are able to snap out of it. ever see a shadow looming around, or feel like you cant move at all? that´s all part of it. luckily we know it´s just something that happens, imagine having these during the middle ages when noone knew anything about them

Has anyone else interpreted sleep paralysis as say, a failed attempted attack by an entity?

What I'm saying is that the entity screws up and makes you semi aware, like their inexperienced and can’t do the process that they attempted properly or they got what they wanted and didn’t care if they left you with the sleep paralysis symptoms

Dunno, could be a possibility, but there is a scientific explanation for sleep paralysis, and why would the entity be inexperienced though? I doubt evil entities are being created over time.
Or there is a shitload of weak ass entities and human will is powerful because it happens twice in a humans life on average, although it happened to me twice in 3 months... Ironically after I had been reading up on a lot of spiritual satanism. That just now hit me, ahh, oh well, just a conscience?
