So.. i live in New Zealand and today is election day, im 19 and i just voted for the first time.

All i did was give them this "card" containing some information and then proceeded to vote, there was no photo id or verification needed, which just made me think.. theres plenty of people who dont give a fuck about politics and dont vote, if soeone under 18 was eager enough they could obtain one of these cards and then vote , despite it being illegal.

all you have to do is look 18+

Well, if they have enough motivation to go about making a fake card, then I presume they care quite a bit about the elections, which is more than can be said about the average voter. More power to them, as long it is isn't fraud.
