I think just about any good brand name carbon arrows will do what you need. I shoot Radial X-Weaves. My BIL shoots Carbon Express shafts, another friend shoots Cabelas brand, and another guy I know still insists on using aluminum shafts, its mostly just preference. The most important part is matching your arrows spine with your bow. We had some issues with mine initially because at the length we cut them and my bow set at 70lb draw they were perfect. But when I turned the draw down to 65lbs they were too stiff. The outfitter shoots the same shafts at the length mine were originally cut so he just took them and gave me a new set. Just cut them an inch longer for perfect spine. Its just something to think about. I don't know if there is a free online spine calculator or not, the outfitter who set my bow has a program he bought or got for being a dealer.
I don't personally know of anyone who uses the quick spin vanes. My BIL used to use some variation of them but doesn't anymore. The shafts he uses now have like an 11 degree helix on the vanes for spin.
