This first set is from a Navy IA operator I worked with for two years who shall remain nameless. These pictures were taken in Afghanistan.

Unfortunately, most of what I do doesn't allow me the liberty of photographing it, so this is pretty much all I've got.

P3-C (aka "Orion"), the definitive airborn naval intelligence platform and sub-hunter, complete with a snapshot of the sonobouy launch tubes:

The F-18 superhornet, soon to be replaced with the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter:

Two of the *original* air force F-20 Tigersharks from the movie Top Gun that were passed off as MiG-28s (which don't even exist):

And finally, the star of Top Gun and undeniably the greatest aircraft ever created, bar none, the F-14 Tomcat:

Kinda made me a sad to see how bad of a condition this one was in. The world's best interceptor that struck fear in Russian pilots and Iraqi MiG pilots was sitting here on the tarmac of the home of the Blue Angels in such disarray.

Well, forgive my assholation, but what exactly is a 35M's ? After some mild googling it seems like sort of intel-related unit, is that right ?
