I assume theres nothing I can do about that? They came on a tip that I was a dealer and fully expected to find an ounce or more, they found less than half a gram and told me to flush it down the toilet. They found a scale and cig bags but said to forget it happened, I assume they thought they caught me when I was out and will search again in the near future.

My question is, during the search they broke glass (worth 40$) destroyed food products, and read through my notebooks and computer. I know they wont hesitate to cut through fabrics etc. but I was wondering since they found nothing because they destroyed the only evidence how is that justifiable that they caused all of that damage to my property and searched through my private documents?

Yeah, any Lawyer would say you got off easy.

However if you never actually had anything & they never found anything & it was obvious you were not the target of the search in the first place, you could have something to complain about.

But, yeah, you got off easy. Theres lots of people who would rather like to be in your situation.

Take it as a warning that next time you could be worse off though.

Okay thanks, and the glass bottle they broke was a liquid suppliment for weight lifting not drug paraphenalia I was just mad because I had just bought it and now I need to drop 40 on another one.

I also had a general question that is somewhat related to the topic. Is there any justification that eludes the characteristic of inequality for allowing access to a medicine which can benefit both mental and physical health based off geographical location? Honestly the main reason I smoke is because it cures my insomnia, anxiety and spastic stomach better then any medicine a doctor has perscribed me, and I have a long list of trial and error scripts they have written me over the years none of which have been successful. I don't understand how I do not have the option to recieve this treatment because of my geographical location, I understand state laws differ and with abortion etc. I can understand why but as far as restricting access to a medicine I don't understand how that is justifiable?
