family guy just spoofed it and i barely remember this movie (i'm pretty young). im guessing it's an 80's film. all i remember is a guy pulling up to a car and i think the passenger of the car acts like an announcer and starts saying stuff in a funny voice. any help would be awesome. unfortunately i cant remember anything else from the movie. i searched imdb keywords for asian speakerphone/megaphone but found nothing! thanks again..
