Can anyone tell me what movie this is from? all i know it's high-pitched little girl singing it. could be from a classical horror movie.

This was featured in a bunch of horror movies. Ones I can think of right now: Rosemary's Baby, Poltergeist, Suspiria, The Amityville Horror (1979), at least one of the Nightmare on Elm Street flicks. Probably dozens more, the child's lullaby thing has always been a pretty common motif in horror.
