I have a friend that wants to know whether or not he can count Arbitron (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arbitron#Portable_People_Meter) as a job for his probation. He makes $15 a month for wearing a meter 8 hours a day.
No. As far as probation is concerned, most of them require "full-time" work, which is at least 32 hours of work for an employer. Anything that involves no actual work or supervision won't count. Also, they generally require jobs that have pay stubs or time cards or some other way of proving you are working. Sorry.
