will these parts enable me to convert my unregistered AK to full auto (option)? it does not seem like these would be lawful to sell. do they not require documentation or registration? perhaps i am missing something. if not im gonna install em (legally). please no smartass or sarcastic replies i have an academically confirmed IQ of 92 i can't decipher that shit.

Generally speaking a receiver that can accept full auto trigger groups is illegal in itself. To put those trigger parts in you'd have to do some machining work on the receiver just to get them to fit. They don't "drop in".
Trigger groups aren't illegal, but if you own, for example, a semi-auto AK, and full auto trigger parts, you are breaking the law. Even if you haven't installed them. At least, I think that's how it works.

Pretty much this, owning both the parts and the rifle at the same times is considered "constructive possession." Basically the law assumes you intend to install them, even if that is not the case.
With that said....how would they find out?

You don't need one of those fixtures to accomplish what you're suggesting. If you're going to break the law, you probably should do it in a manner that doesn't leave a paper trail (like ordering an auto fixture from a company the ATF could likely raid in the future and steal their records).
Anyway if you drill the receiver in the manner suggested it is an illegal machine gun. Anyone with much knowledge of the AK can immediately externally identify it as such. You wouldn't be able to sell it and you wouldn't be able to take it to any public range without fear of it being spotted.

You have your answer.
Post about illegal activity again, I'll have you banned for organizing criminal activity on the board. I don't want anyone here going down for conspiracy. Closed.
