Anyone heard of Cobs bread? Anyways they make this really good Focaccia supreme and I love it. It has mushrooms and red peppers on it. They taste kind of salty, I wonder if they come from a can?

Anybody knows?

Never heard of that place. A cafeteria at my university sells "focaccias" as they call them. They're just fucking pizzas, and they suck. But that's because they're from here. So I guess I've never had a proper foccacia, and I'm not really sure what makes something a focaccia and not a pizza.

I only use focaccia bread when I make bruschetta.

Cobs is a pretty solid bakery. http://www.cobsbread.ca/

Cobs is actually pretty good, considering they're a chain.

I've tried the foccacia, a bit too cheesy and greasy for me.

I love their lekkerbrott products. It's a mix of whole wheat, rye and other stuff I can't remember and they make dinner rolls and loafs out of it. Warm with lots of butter, smells wonderful with a nutty taste...mmmm.

They also make a nice crusty sourdough roll that I like.
