Okay, I'll start off by admitting something; I don't know how to fully describe this, and may seem vague, but I really can't put my finger on it. If I could, I would.

I've had this feeling for a while now, that sometime soon, something really, really bad is going to happen on a very large scale. Over the winter maybe. I get these, feelings, that I don't know how to describe. I'm not psychic or anything, but they're more than hunches, and they're usually right. They are usually bad, but never anything too big. I have never had one this overwhelmingly awful.

People here, while there seem to be a lot of believe-anything-crazies in this forum, have some good ideas. A lot of people seem to be able to define what they can do and feel pretty well. I'v never been able to do that. I can't describe what it is I do, at all. It's helpful, but I can't control it. Maybe someone who knows what they're doing is feeling something too.

The gist of this is, does anyone else feel like something pretty bad is coming?

I am not getting anything intuitively on what it will be, but considering the current world climate i think it will be a large scale economic collapse that will lead us downhill as a society.

A lot of people feel this way. I've heard from some that there will be disasters in the future, lots of fear, etc. I don't know how true it is though. Seems that something is coming, though or rather is already here.

I also feel that after this 'bad' thing happens that something incredibly good will come afterwards. Not everyone I talk to mirrors this sentiment, most I have talked to believe that it will be the end of human society. I think they are alarmists.

I have read about them before, and their track record is a little disturbingly good.

The idea that these forces are actually fighting over the life force of mankind is an interesting idea and it would definitely explain a lit of the things that have been going on when you look at them in a really broad perspective.

I've read that they are fighting over us because they need us to be in order to understand what it is to be human. You have different factions fighting for control. The "good guys", the humanoids want to control us via peace and love, the "bad guys" want control by force. Greys, reptilians, etc. All are lost, however, in their own programming and cannot really understand the other and fight as a result. Similar to us, I suppose, except that they are bred genetically so they are truly lost. As far as I understand it.

So where does humanity play in all this? To be truly human is to be balanced with mind, body and spirit. If you look at the three "Alien factions" fighting, you'd see mind, body and spirit all in competition for control. It could all be seen as a metaphor for the internal struggle of mankind. Good vs evil, that sort of thing. So they need us in order to figure out what it is to be human. I've also read that certain factions need us to continue their bloodline, but really all the agendas are quite varied and the truth may never be known until it is to late. They consider themselves our gods and truthfully, it is entirely possible that that is true. All this is purely speculative, of course :D

I'm pretty sure that everyone has had feelings like this forever. It would really be no surprise because, mostly, bad things happen on a fairly large scale at least every twenty years (i.e. the Holocaust, 9/11, etc. etc.). However I think the scale of the next thing will probably become a lot larger. Something like an alien attack, a deep-sea monster coming up for a breath and maybe destroy a few cities, or the most popular; a Nuclear War, then Nuclear winter. Then again, its just a feeling. :P

Around the year 2006 or before, I got a feeling that I shouldn't be putting so much money into investments in my brokerage accounts because I had a bad feeling something was going to happen. This was before the subprime mortgages became a problem. In 2001 I started putting money into defensive dividend paying investments such as REITs, utilities, closed end funds, ETFs, etc. because I was aware of the predicted peak of the peak oil problem. I thought we would have a lot of time left before it became too much of a problem (ie. decades), but I thought the price of oil might limit growth if it went up and stayed high. I didn't expect the market to crash in 2008. I lost 2/3 of my invested wealth. One thing I've noticed is more media coverage and interest in global warming, which many believe is a scam. I still tend to have a bad feeling about things and tend to tell a lot of people that things might not get better because of peak oil and the global warming scam. I even tell people there will eventually be famines, but I tend to think it will be decades before they happen. What do you think about these links?

In order for Jupiter to be there, it would have to be past the sun, and if it were that far, IT WOULD'NT FUCKING BE THAT BRIGHT!!! If it were close enough to be that bright, it would be on the opposite direction, and visible at a diffrent time then Venus. We are all fucked.
