Sounds like a very tasty apocalypse.

You lost me at the end with Adam and Eve? If God wanted them to be like the pigs or goats why did be allow them to Sin which gave birth to our ultimate enemies, death and ourselves (wars, nukes, disease, etc.).

Anyways interesting nonetheless, aside of the obvious things your story ignores.
