try it with pear glaze. we just cooked some up at my house tonight. close to the best dinners i've eaten all year.

I've never prepared it myself, but anytime I go to a decent Chinese restaurant I almost always order some kind of duck dish. Is it difficult to prepare? And how hard is it to find in a typical grocery store?

I've only had duck l'orange or something. Basically just topped with marmalade. I preffered the duck plain though.

Should maybe get Danzig out here, he has quite a bit of experience with water fowls.

Duck is my favourite of all fowls; and the turkey can go fuck itself :P

It can put quite a dent in your wallet, though : /

Glaze it with honey and soy. That's a wonderful mix.
