Hi my name's Chris, I used to post here a little a while back but it's been too long and the DIY posting must continue!! Some bad news for me but I went to Court a few weeks ago and got a CBO (communtiy based order) of 150 hours work over four months, so I'm stuck here over summer...

I spend alot of time wandering around the bush with my puppy (panther) looking for cool pieces of wood, feathers and any other little gifts the bush wants to give me, so I think I'm going to build a hut, I have no idea where yet, hopefully I'll find a nice creek with running water. I'm going to be using only things I find in the bush appart from tools, but no nails or screws it'll be 100% bush, If I choose where I build it and time it so that it's about a 3 - 4 hour walk from any town and i'll make it in a hard to get to location so Punks don't trash it then I might even grow some vegies and make a compost bin.

I'm going to go for a walk today so i'll look at some maps, go for a walk and come back with photos and ideas!
