I saw one while laying on my back doing barbell pullovers, and the second while just being outside. The second appeared to be smaller than the first. They both looked spherical. When I looked into the sky today, and focused, I saw hundreds. They looked like pure light. If you have never meditated, and do not know how to clear your mind, you should begin by sitting in a comfortable position. Focus on your breathing and instead of fighting the words that come into your mind, let them go as easily as they come. When you achieve a clear mind, focus on that clarity. Focus until you can feel the energies that are flowing throughout your body. When you can feel these forces, breath into your abdomen and feel the energy moving within you. Given time you will be able to balance yourself. When this is possible, bring energy to your brain during meditation. You should be able to feel the different parts of your brain, and what they are responsible for. Don't get stuck in the lower parts of your brain. This process can take years, so be patient. Some will be ale to percieve things fairly quickly.

I was helping this guy move a door and I looked up and saw what apperead to be an Orange street light in the sky. It looked just like that, except a dark shade of orange, a very pure orange. It hovered there and I wondered what it was and told the guy I was with if he saw it. He was in a position that made it hard to look up at the sky then, but as soon as I told him to look at the sky I realized what it was I was looking at. My eyes widened and the damn thing did a 180 and sped away leaving an orange light trail. I was shocked.

I was feeling strange for an hour or so before then and after I saw it the feeling left. I dunno, hard to describe the feeling, almost like I was in a daze. Strange.

I think the spherical ones are reptillian. They can make light pass through metal, so no windows. They greys have windows, and lights on them, but they don't light up. Orange lights, and spheres. I see them way too frequently.
