Anyone watch it?

I almost missed it, but luckily someone reminded me a few minutes before it aired. I ended up sitting through The Truman Show for the 50th time so I could watch it twice. I thought it was a damned near perfect way to end the season.

Shit, was last night really the finale? That sucks. That being said it was one of the best episodes ever. Definitely the best episode of this season. 100% win.

From IGN:July 15, 2008 - Paddy's Irish Pub isn't closing anytime soon. This morning at the Television Critics Association press tour FX's President John Landgraf announced that It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (http://tv.ign.com/objects/830/830128.html) has been ordered for an additional 39 episodes.

That's on top of the 13 episode fourth season now in production, meaning that there will be at least 52 more episodes of Sunny coming. Presumably those 39 episodes will be broken up over at least two seasons, meaning fans can expect the show to go at least until Season 6.

Landgraf noted that the entire cast is committed to the show through those 52 episodes, with series creators Rob McElhenney, Glenn Howerton and Charlie Day continuing on as both executive producers and series regulars and Kaitlin Olson and Danny DeVito remaining series regulars.Just finished the fourth season, and it's most likely that they'll continue the 13 episode seasons, which means we've got 3 more coming.:)

Ah, I just commented on another IASIP thread and then I saw this... Yes! What an AWESOME finale. When Charlie came down on the Sun and hit about a thousand different notes in his' song. LMAO!! It's amazing. When I saw they are booked for another two seasons.. YIPEE!!!!!!!!!

I knew it was going to happen out of necessity, but I was soooo glad they sang "Day Man" again, and Charlie at the end was hilarious.

overall i didn't like this season, it had its moments, but nothing compared to the other seasons.

Season 1 was far and away the best. The others have their moments, and a couple episodes really shine, but Season 1 was pure, concentrated awesome.

'Sunny' is one of the best shows ever. Glad to hear about the additional seasons. Plus, I have the biggest crush on Kaitlin Olson. I don't know what it is, but she really trips my trigger.
