Ok so I dont know what to call it but you know the things on the dash where the AC and hot air come out of? They have a plastic "grill" and you adjust which way the air is blowing and how much is coming out etc.
Yeah I broke that and need to replace it, but have no clue where to find that part, anyone know?
It's for a 2000 Jaguar S-Type.
Any help is appreciated, thanks guys.

They are called "vents".

Your car is terminally damaged. Driving with broken vents, depending on how you've broken them, will either cause the AC to build up too much pressure and that in turn will overheat the engine and it'll die. If the vent is broken in a matter that it is totally open the AC won't have any back pressure and it won't spin fast enough, which will wear the engine out and kill it.

You might as well just save yourself the heartache and take it to the wreckers now. Buy an air cooled beetle, they don't have vents, thusly no problems. And they're just as comfortable as any Jag.

The vents themselves are going to be a junkyard or dealership item.

Thats the sound the car made before it caught fire and killed both of my parents. I was six. I remember the mechanic telling them to change the vents..

thanks DavidThePyro for the response.
and whoever made the comment about reliability, it doesnt take much at all to be more reliable than a jag.

It's that fact that presented SponsoredLink and TownshipRebelllion the rare opportunity to say an air-cooled beetle is more reliable than something. I'm sure they are very thankful to you.
