I decided to buy myself something a week early lol
Here is my (new to me) 2nd gen Glock 22 which I picked up for 350 with 2 mags and a Galco Fletch holster:

I took it straight to "Just Glocks" Which I highly suggest if you are in the Centex Area. They installed Trijicon night sights for 85 bucks. They also gave me a 3.5lb connector, extended mag release, and extended slide stop- all free including installation! Then they let me use their range for free, where I gave it a 300 round test shoot. I also dropped in a Lone Wolf barrel which is VERY accurate. Soon this gun will be off to Robar to get a grip reduction. Im not a big Glock guy, but so far the trigger is a lot better and this thing should turn out to be pretty BA.
I also threw a new slide release and grips on my trusty Desert Warrior:

Those grips are apparently as thin as you can go with the stock bushings, they have some bite too!
Thuper!!!!!!!!!!!!!
