I've got two one pound buckets of Malic/Citric acid in my closet. My friend who made his own brews left them at my house but he was since killed. What are some things (culinary wise) that one could do with either of the two (aside from alcohol)?

Sometimes I just dab a pinch on my tongue, the shit leaves a nice raw texture to the tissue kind of like when you eat a fuckload of sour skittles. I love it.

Make candy and add a little for sourness. Duh.

make gelato with them or spoon them on pancakes

or just make some confectionary
